New to town, looking for a home

Hello, I just moved here from Denver and I'm looking for a home. I'm single with no pets. Don't smoke anything. Very quiet and considerable of shared spaces. I prefer to keep living spaces clean and free of clutter. I play video games occasionally. I go to the gym pretty consistently. I'm mostly a car guy so garage space would be preferred as I have a motorcycle and tools. One caveat is I do not have a job here yet as I arrived on May 1st. I was employed up to April 26th and should have a job shortly. I'm perfectly comfortable paying a few months of rent in advance. Thanks for considering me.
