Quiet and respectful student

I am a full-time student looking for a room. I am quiet, respectful, and clean and am hoping to find the same in my housemates. I have a medium sized, quiet, and well-behaved dog who only wants to cuddle and then cuddle some more. When I am not working or studying I enjoy a lot of the usual Colorado stuff (hiking, climbing, etc) or a night in with friends playing board games.
