I am a single mom of a 13 year old looking for a roommate to share a single family home in Folsom or El Dorado Hills. We would need 2 bedrooms. I work part-time from home and I’m a graduate student. Have two dogs and two cats. All very friendly and well mannered, clean, potty trained, crate trained. I also love rock climbing ☺️
