Honest, respectful, clean, go with the flow.

I like to keep a clean place overall where each person that lives in the house contributes equally. I value my privacy. I will respect yours. I would like to live with roommates that have no problems communicating. No drama please! No slobs. Def can't live with cigarette smoke in the house. I just need a place for awhile with people that are respectful, but not UPTIGHT! I am way more casual and goofy, than serious and judgmental. If you are like me, first impressions will tell you a lot about a person. I think I am a pretty good judge of character. I am not perfect, but I am honest.

I may be working from home several days a week, but would probably find quiet shared community spaces to work from sometimes too.

I prefer cats over dogs. As long as you scoop their poop, and take care of them like they are your child, it's all good. I'm sorry but I can't live with dogs that drool, smell bad, jump up on me, bark a ton, stare at me too much, or steal my food. LOL.

I LOVE to play pool. I may have a beer or two while I'm out shooting, or maybe 8, idk, but I'm mainly at the bar to shoot at least twice a week.

I am a dad to an 11 year old. I do not anticipate the kiddo coming to the house much. Maybe come watch a movie or help me cook a dinner once in a while. I would give heads up notice if that was the case. She is cool AF, and about to get her black belt in Taekwondo, so be EXTRA nice to her. She would never stay over, as she lives with her mom and I visit at her house in Canton. (New situation)

I'm not the best writer, but I am a highly skilled Geographic Information Systems Analyst. I have over a decade of experience in that occupation. And I have also worked as a contractor for a few Baltimore City Depts. as a GIS Analyst.
