Hi, I'm Dan! I'm looking for a place to rent. I have a medium sized dog (45lbs, Beagle mix) named Winter who is a sweetheart and turning 10 this year. She's house broken and I've had her since she was a pup.
I work from home as a data analyst. I am respectful of the property. I have owned two homes in the past and was a residential construction manager for 10 years. I have an excellent credit score (over 800).
