Looking for a roommate

I believe I’m a fairly good roommate, at the very least tolerable, I clean up after myself and am fairly quiet, I’m capable of leaving you alone but also willing to have a friend of sorts if that’s preferred! I do have ADHD so I can get loud without realizing if I’m on the phone or something, but am very understanding if I get told to quiet down lol! I work for Xfinity as well so I can get us free internet and cable while I’m living there! I have my own bedroom furniture so I need an unfurnished room, and I don’t smoke or have pets but am hoping to one day get a cat again but I’m willing to wait if that’s a dealbreaker. I do have a sensitivity to smoke due to just having bad lungs, so if you’re an inside smoker it won’t work out lol! A place with a washer and dryer is preferred, but it’s not a necessity.
