Looking for someone to split an apartment with.

Hey there,

I'm a 24 year old working professional in IT who is looking to move to a new apartment in the Long Beach area. I'm a relatively clean person who works hybrid 3 days in office 2 days at home. I typically will stay in my room a lot of the time, but I'd love to explore and get to know the area.

I'm looking for a housemate who is clean, fairly quiet and is looking for a relaxed environment to live in. I don't really bring people over, and while I wouldn't mind company, I'm not really into hosting parties or drinking. I also would prefer someone who doesn't smoke.

For fun I typically like to play video games, go out to eat, watch anime and play a wide variety of sports. I'm especially into tennis and volleyball, so if you happen to play I'd be happy to play together.

For the most part I like to go to sleep around 10-11 PM on weekdays, and will occasionally stay up on the weekends. I'm typically pretty quiet in my room, though you may occasionally hear me talking to my friends over voice chat. I don't often cook, but I've been meaning to do it more. Ideally I would find a place with a dishwasher since I don't particularly enjoy doing dishes by hand.

Also, AC is a must for me. Due to the nature of my work and my hobbies, I have a pretty beefy computer that puts out a lot of heat. While I don't expect to be blasting the AC all day, I definitely will need it during the summer as I work from home part of the week. I would also need high-speed internet as I work in IT.

Other than that, I don't really have that many requirements. I would prefer no pets as I don't have any and it'd be a lot easier to keep the place clean that way.
