Room needed for me and my children

Howdy y’all! My name is Amanda, I'm 30 years old (31 this month🥳), and it would actually be me and my 2 young boys. This site does not give the option to add that, lo siento.

My children (ages 1 and 12) and I just need a room but, am open to renting 2 rooms as well.

I can provide proof of income, and I have 3 years of verifiable renters history.

I’m looking for someone who is mature enough to understand their dad will be coming to visit them often. We are a close knit family that take coparenting serious, so that we can have well rounded and happy kids. You would need to have the emotional maturity to believe in the power of gentle/connective parenting.

I do like to cook our own food and have no problems sharing what we can if given kitchen privileges.

I'm not here to set "rules" for you to live by now that kids are around. Just don't be naked and creepy and we're good.
