I need the room for a few months to 1 year. I am moving back west from Maryland and need to take care of some family (originally from Tucson) business before I move back to Los Angeles, California.

I need a place stay that is quiet, stable and clean. I own and electric vehicle and would like to charge my car there... I am willing to, of course, pay for any additional costs related to charging. usually around ($80-$100) per month.

I am very clean, non-smoker/non-drinker, no guests. Need a place to call home for a few months.

I have solid professional friends and relations in Tucson that can give you a recommendation.
