Professor Looking to Rent a Room!

Hi!

My name is Duncan Cook, and I’m an assistant professor at Berklee and a freelance composer. I’m 23, which is a bit below certain folks' guidelines, so please let me know if that’s a problem. To easy your worries: I make about $4500 a month after tax and my contract is forced to be renewed unless I quit since I’m in the faculty union, so, I won’t have issues paying rent since I can't get laid off!

I’m currently living at Coolidge Corner in a $2300 one bedroom unit, and I’m moving because it’s too expensive and spacious (literally feels like an airplane hangar) for me.

I have big interests in cooking (and sharing said food), chess, movies and tv, and interior design. Let me know if you need to know anything else!
