31 yrs old male looking for a room

Hello, I am 31-year-old male , and I am currently looking for a room to settle down in around in the mid of May.

I am a neat, respectful and easy going guy. I work in Cerritos during the week, so it would be best if I could find a place around Cerritos (up to 10 miles).

Below is a brief summary of the ideal room for me;
- Monthly rent budget up to $1,000
- Access to kitchen or laundry
- Since I am from abroad, a simply furnished room would be ideal, but it's not a requirement.
- Available to move in the mid of May
- Gay friendly
