New to Texas and looking for a place of peace.

Hi everyone,

​I’m a seasoned operations and hospitality professional recently relocated to Central Texas, looking for a clean, quiet, month-to-month place to set up basecamp starting tomorrow. I’m currently finalizing onboarding for the Loraloma Golf Community, and I need a reliable local spot while I settle into work and hunt for a long-term home.

​About Me:

​Professional & Reliable: 20+ years managing high-standard hospitality and resort operations (most recently managing F&B operations out in West Texas). Because of my career, taking care of things, are part of my everyday. Im originally from LV, Nevada and moved to Texas 5 month ls ago. I was managing at the Lajitas Golf Resort in no where West Texas. Decided to make my way up to Austin, and throw caution into the wind and plant some roots. God has pulled me to Texas for a while now.

​Low Impact & Quiet: I work a lot , keep to myself, and value a peaceful home to recharge. No parties, loud nights, and no pets. Its just me my bags and God.

​Honest Habits: I am a smoker, but strictly outdoors away from open doors and windows, using an ashtray and keeping the grounds pristine. Never inside—Gross!

​Property Respect: Decades in high-end service mean I treat every property with immense care and pride. I always leave a place cleaner than I found it.

​What I’m Looking For:

​Studio, mother-in-law suite, quiet guest house, private room/bath, or furnished apartment. Basically anything. ​Situated conveniently between Marble Falls and Loraloma.(pr in Marble falls/Spicewood area).

​Working with a strict, focused budget as I make this transition from West Texas, so I’m seeking a fair, direct monthly rate.
