Looking for a roommate

I place a high value on cleanliness, maturity, and open communication. It is especially important to maintain an open line of communication regarding house rules. I'm looking for something long term, not just for a few months. It is important to me to find someone who is financially stable enough to be able to pay their portion every month. I am very quiet, and honestly I have worked in the healthcare field even before graduating, and I would love to come home to a non chaotic household.
