Seeking private room that allows a cat

I'm looking for a private bedroom, private bathroom that allows 1 cat which will stay in the room with me except when I take her outside.

I'm currently going to school for my Masters degree in an online program from University of Washington. I work full-time remotely for a tech company. I'm quiet and mostly keep to myself. I am clean and treat the common areas with the utmost respect. However, I don't expect roommates to be squeaky clean as long as things don't get out of hand. I also don't expect roommates to be particularly quiet. Company is fine I would just appreciate a heads up that someone will come over.

Other than that I like to go to concerts, exercise, read, and listen to music! Hope to meet you soon!
