Seeking Furnished Sublet for June 1 Move-In

I am looking for a furnished, private room to sublet beginning June 1st. Must haves are kitchen access, furnished w/ at least a mattress, and an off street parking spot.

I am a 27-year-old former LA resident and former film industry professional looking to move back after a few years away, hence why I am looking for a short term sublet. I may still be job searching upon landing in LA, due to the nature of the industry, but have ample savings to cover rent. I plan to be fairly out and about but would be working from home a fair amount as well. In the past I haven’t had any issues with multiple roommates working from home at the same time, but it probably wouldn’t be the best fit if someone is bothered by that.

I’m a friendly, clean, and chill roommate. As hobbies go I hike and trail run, love going to the library and the movies, and am very into LA history/old films. Happy to be friends or just friendly with roommates, whatever is the vibe!

I would expect to have a written and signed sublease agreement between the two of us (agreeing on price, dates, etc. and attesting that subleasing is permitted by your lease) for both of our protection! :)
