Anywhere between $1000-$1600 is my budget to contribute per month. I’m a native Brooklynite. Graduated from CUNY Brooklyn College in 2021, earning a B. F.A in Design and Technical Production - Cum Laude. I’m an Entertainment Designer and Technical Director for Theatre, T. V. and film. I set up sound and make costume pieces such as corsets, dresses and trousers.
My goal is to go to Graduate school, ideally Yale or NYU, 2 years from now, obtain a Masters degree and experience the joys of the world.
I always do my best in any endeavor and I was raised greatly to establish mutual respect though productive communication of each others wants and boundaries.
I always keep a clean house. I’ve even worked as a Facility Manager before. I’m looking for someone who is well at communicating their wants and boundaries early on so that mutual harmony can be obtain for the sake of enjoying life in NYC. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets. I have books and a drafting table.
I don’t play music often, if so, very little and not loud because I don’t have speakers or the passion to play loud indoors. I simply study, get better at drafting and drawing, exercise, do Yoga and listen to highly motivating people like Alex Hormozi.
I know NYC (especially Brooklyn and Manhattan very well). All I ask in a roommate is honesty. We are business partners; maybe friends later on. Let’s communicate in a way in which be both become even more successful during our time being roommates.

I’m a quiet and clean man. I’m a roommate who knows to clean and share and communicate. Most importantly, I never shirk my financial obligations. I always pay on-time (99.999%) or deal with the landlord like an adult and make proper solutions.
