Newly engaged couple looking for room to rent or granny flat.

We have a budget of $950/mo but we are willing to negotiate up to $1,200 depending on what’s included.

Stephanie: I’m a 19 year-old female who works part-time (but looking for another part-time job). I am also an extremely shy person, but I eventually warm up and come out of my shell. I am quiet, responsible, I keep to myself and I am respectful of other people and their spaces.

Tyler: I’m a 20 year-old male who works full time. I am gone Sunday-Thursday; I leave for work around 7:30am and get home  around 8:00pm. I am a quiet and clean person and I respect other peoples stuff and places. I can cook, and I would be willing to cook for everyone in the house, when possible, I can also bbq/grill as well!

Stephanie is diagnosed with dysautonomia so we have a registered service dog as well as 2 hamsters and 3 geckos. We do not drink or party.
