Looking For Large Room In Peaceful House

I'm looking for a bright, large room in Mar VIsta, Culver, Venice, Playa Vista, South Bay area or within 25 minute drive. Ideally somewhere with a parking space or if only street parking, ample availability. I enjoy friendly relationships with roommates, (occasional dinners/hangouts) and also the ability to disconnect and live our own separate lives. Outdoor space and access to a bathtub would be lovely but not a deal breaker. My fat, lazy cat named Smush is everyone's favorite she is being taken care of by family friends right now but I'd prefer to have her with me.
