Seeking room near Greenville Ave with off-street p

Hello everyone. I'm searching for a room to rent/ roommate situation in Central Dallas, TX, preferably near Greenville Ave or nearby.

Looking specifically for a shared private home or shared duplex with off street (preferably fenced) parking for two vehicles (my daily driver and the other I will use for business).

I'm a quiet, respectful and clean person, with clean background, no felonies, etc. I don't smoke or use drugs, and I cannot live with a smoker. Occasional drinker, I go out with friends about twice a month. I prefer no pets in the home, but I'm flexible on that. Prefer private bath, but also flexible on that.

I'm introverted and believe home is a sanctuary for peace, quiet and relaxation, so I very rarely bring people by the house. I'll go out and meet friends somewhere if I want to socialize.

Most important factors for me are the off street parking for my two vehicles (preferably without juggling with other roommates), safety, and quiet household with a central location.
