Responsible Student Looking for a Room To Rent

Hi!
My name is Lucie and I am 29 years old. I have been admitted to Rider University and I will start my classes in September. I am looking for a room to rent. I am very responsible financially. I have a full-time job as a babysitter/caregiver and I have been living on my own for 2 years. I have never been late with a rent payment and I have a stellar credit score.
Because my schedule is very busy, (full-time job/evening classes) I don't hang out at home that much. I am a very easy-going person who goes to bed early and does not produce any noise. I have people over very rarely as I am single and very busy with my education and my goals. (I am an honor student).
I am very organized and very chill. I also love to cook. I love to play videogames in my free-time or just read a book and watch a Netflix show. I have my own furniture, but I am willing to sell mine and live in a furnished room.
