Looking for roomate (LA and OC)

Hi there, I live alone in a nice 1-bedroom apartment in Downey. My lease expires at the end of May and I am searching for a potential roommate to rent a large 2- bedroom apartment on June 1.

I have not had roommates in a long time, but I’m friendly, easy-going, clean, and fun to get along with if that were to develop sheer fact of sharing a space together.

I am looking to meet with potential roommates and see if we could be a good fit. I am also willing to rent out a part of my 1- bedroom apartment in the next few weeks to see if we could be good potential roommates.

I own my own technology consulting business, and highly prefer to cut my monthly rent by sharing this expense with someone that I could get along with.
