Quiet, reliable student-writer seeking ADU or private room w/ private bath — up to $900 (Northridge, Reseda, Van Nuys, Woodland Hills, Canoga Park, Encino, Tarzana)
Hi! I’m a full-time student (currently on an approved leave to focus on school) and a writer looking for a peaceful, respectful place to call home. I’m searching for either:
* An ADU/studio, or
* A private room in a shared home, ideally with my own bathroom.
Budget: $900/month max. I know that’s modest, but I’m hoping my reliability and low-impact lifestyle make me an appealing fit.
Here’s what I bring:
* Steady income & stability. I receive consistent EDD payments during my leave and remain employed, just on pause to prioritize academics. I can provide proof of income, ID, and references—plus set up autopay.
* Clean and quiet living. I keep my space neat, I honor shared areas, and I genuinely value a calm, quiet environment for studying and writing.
* Respectful and low-maintenance. No drama, no parties, no guests. I respect boundaries and others’ space, and I’m always courteous.
* Reliable and considerate roommate/tenant. I help where I can, whether it’s bringing in packages, watering plants, or simply being dependable and communicative.
* Friendly, but not intrusive. I’m warm and easy to get along with but also totally fine doing my own thing. I believe in creating a comfortable, respectful home for everyone.
Preferred areas: Northridge, Reseda, Van Nuys, Woodland Hills, Canoga Park, Encino, Tarzana (I’m open to nearby areas as well, especially if it’s transit-accessible.)
What I’m hoping for:
