Looking for Apt Starting Apr/May

Hey! I’m looking for 2–3 roommates (20s-early 30s professionals) who are either living in a space already or looking to apartment search with me. I’m planning to move in April or early May, the date is flexible so open to opportunities that fit that timeline.

I’m a 25 y/o Growth Marketer at a tech startup, currently living on the UES. Have been living in New York a little under 2 years after graduating from UPenn. Prefer to spend at most $2.5k/month with a hard max of $2.8k/month. Looking for a modern or renovated apartment in Lower Manhattan or Brooklyn. Some neighborhoods I’m interested in are (in no particular order) FiDi/Battery Park City, Williamsburg, Prospect Heights, Downtown Brooklyn, Cobble Hill, and Park Slope.

I’m primarily looking for a year-long lease, but can be swayed to join an existing roommate group for shorter term (min. 6 months) if I like the place enough.

What I’m looking for in an apartment (no particular order):
New or renovated building
Close to at least two different train lines
<40 min commute to work (near Herald Square)
Central AC
Regular-sized dishwasher
Well-lit, fairly big bedrooms
Laundry in-unit or in the building
Good amount of storage in bedroom and kitchen
Good kitchen appliances
Shared/co-working spaces in building would be great as well
