42/f w/10yo dog seeking quiet home in country

ABOUT ME:
I'm a 42 year old female, recently divorced after 15 years of marriage. It's just me and my 10yr old Mastiff. I'm a very open person, but enjoy living privately and peacefully. I don't smoke cigarettes, I do use a nicotine vaporizer inside that has no scent. I'm at home on a daily basis so I'm seeking space within a home where I would feel most comfortable. I have no criminal history/record and will pass any and all background and credit checks. Prior fed Leo spouse.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
The ideal situation would be renting an ensuite from a homeowner seeking to supplement their income each month. I generally have no preference based on the roommates gender or sexual orientation. I only have an age preference because I don't want to live in a party house, but I also don't want a roommate so aged that they require my help on a regular basis. While I absolutely love animals, ideally this person would not have any pets. However, if they do have pets, I believe only female dogs may work. I don't mind someone who smokes inside if it's within their private bedroom and generally not within the shared living space. I do prefer someone with no criminal history/record whom would also pass a background check. The must-have requirements of the space are as follows:
-private bedroom
-private bathroom
-dog allowed

Ideally, I need an available accessory dwelling unit (in-law/granny suite) or an ensuite (master or large bedroom with full bath within). If there's a powder room (sink & toilet only) within the bedroom and I had access to a private bathroom with a shower that would also work.
I need additional storage space whether that be in a shed, garage, attic, basement or additional bedroom. Considering the areas I'm searching, it should be a given I also need available parking space, preferably for two vehicles. Driveway space is perfect, garaged space not necessary.
