Hi, I’m Alice. I’m relocating to NYC for work in fragrance and aesthetic retail. I’m quiet, clean, and respectful of shared routines and boundaries. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and I keep a calm home environment.

I’m looking for a clean, stable apartment, ideally with one female roommate who values privacy, reliability, and a peaceful atmosphere. I work and socialize outside the home and prefer a space that isn’t centered around parties, heavy socializing, or 420 use.

I cook simple meals at home for breakfast and dinner, so access to a functional kitchen is important.

I’m open to a short sublease for landing, with the option to extend if the arrangement works well for both sides.
I move in with minimal items.

Ideal neighborhoods include Bensonhurst, Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights, Kensington, or other quiet, safe areas with good transit access.
