Stable dude looking for an alone time place.

I am a 32 year old tall male looking for a relaxed living situation in the East End. I work at the east end maker hub in commercial woodworking, and on my own businesses (lighting). I have family in the neighborhood and don't anticipate being home often. And when I do I'll just be wanting my alone time and getting ready to work again/ My girlfriend and dog will want to visit occasionally but both have perfectly nice living situations already. My credit is rather poor at the moment but happy to provide proof of income and rental history.
My ideal living situation would be a garage with access to a yard, anywhere in the second ward.
