Hi there! I'm Marisa, a 25-year-old female looking for a room to rent from another female who is either my age or older. I'm a quiet, clean, and respectful individual who values privacy. I have my own car and am a soon-to-be student studying to become a manicurist.

I'm open to considering rooms in various areas of Bakersfield but would prefer to avoid ES. I'm looking for a lease of at least 1 year, but am willing to discuss terms.

Must-haves for me include:

- Utilities included in the rent
- Access to an outdoor area where I can vape and occasionally smoke cigarettes
- Washer and dryer in the unit or access to laundry facilities on the property

Note that I have alternative arrangements for my dog, so I won't be bringing him with me.

My income varies between $1,900-$2,000 per month. I’m paid weekly, and I can afford to pay $600-$700 max for rent.
