Room in Chapel Hill, Carrboro, orSouthwest Durham

I'm looking for either a room/private bathroom with kitchen and laundry room access in a house or to share a two bedroom apartment or townhouse with each bedroom having its own bathroom.

I teach a few mornings a week at a community college and have a few online students I tutor as well. I'm a nonsmoker, quiet, tidy, stick to myself but approachable and friendly also. I love to cook, watch Hallmark movies and try to get to the gym a few times a week.

I don't currently have a pet but would like to one day get a small to medium-sized dog again.
