Clean, friendly and pay on time couple.

Hello we are not looking for any accommodations. We are looking for person's with similar personality as us. Clean, friendly, non judgemental and no offense but we prefer no nosey roommates. We stay out of your business and hope you do the same. We respect others and their property. We know that times can be stressful and money can be funny (times can be hard) But RENT MUST BE PAYED ON TIME ( the 1st - no later then the 5th of each month) if you should have a funny money situation PLEASE JUST BE HONEST and maybe things can be workout but waiting till the last min can bring the whole household down and that's just not cool. Being late on rent is not acceptable.

PS; I hate to sound like an ass but this is the real world and that's how it goes. We are just being straight-forward and looking for roommates whose lifestyle, personality, and expectations can work alongside of ours.
