Hi! I'm looking to lease/sublet a room or entire apartment for June and July this summer (first weekend of June to first weekend of August) while I'm in town doing research. I'm clean & neat, and very easygoing. :) I'm open to a short commute (ex, from Temescal), but would prefer to be in Berkeley.
My boyfriend and his very very sweet cat are planning on coming to stay with me for a portion of time during the summer (TBD based on his job), so I would need a place that's cat-friendly and okay with another guest staying with me!
