Seeking New Living Arrangement

Hello,
I’ve recently found out that my current roommate hasn’t paid rent to our building for the last 8 months. Obviously they aren’t too happy about this and neither am I.
While I certainly hope he figures it out, I no longer desire to be associated with him.
I am currently looking for a room to rent. Ideally unfurnished. Hoping to share a house with friendly, professional, responsible people!
I have lived in DC for almost 18 years. Currently I am employed at a Michelin starred restaurant, Fiola, located near the Navy Memorial Metro station.
It would be great to have some outdoor space, but not a requirement. Extra plus points if you have an adorable fuzzy friend! I’ve never met a dog I didn’t like.
I am super tidy, almost an obsessive level. I love to cook. If there is a yard, it would be great to start a small garden. I don’t go out much except to dinners and sometimes the theatre or concerts. I generally tend to stick to myself, happy with a good book or a Netflix binge. I’m pretty quiet, don’t cause any drama and spend a few nights a week with my boyfriend.
I hope I find a place soon!
