Room to rent

Hello,
I am a 45yr old female looking to rent a room close to work and shops. I am allergic to cats and dogs, so someone that does not want or have them. I am a clean, quiet, responsible, respectful person. I am picky when it comes to cleanliness and just really picking up after yourself. I am always willing to help my roommate out with anything if I'm at home with cleaning the rest of the house. I am kind, loving person who loves to just go visit family or depending on the weather, stay in and watch a movie or go out for a walk. I don't party. I like going out to eat or stay home and make something easy, would be my first choice. I am willing to accommodate with anything I can if and when needed. I am a happy, calm person that is so over any drama, definitely no drama. I am wiling to answer any other questions if needed. I just really look forward to meeting someone that is similar and has the same things in common when it comes to having a roommate. Thanks
