Room wanted in New York
I am a professional female aged 34. I am looking for a small or large room preferably with a private bathroom or the very least SUPER CLEAN roommates. I am available to move from 06/01/2024 ideally and have a budget of $1,200/month with all utilities included. I would like to share with males or females.
I’m exceptionally clean and organized and it’s imperative to be matched with someone that keeps their space and common areas clean especially the kitchen and bathroom. I can’t deal with dirty messy unkept people or spaces. I’ll even be willing to split the cost for a cleaning service just to keep the peace and common areas clean.
I currently live alone but I’m trying to downsize and cut expenses as I’ll be starting school in September and locked into a 24 month program.
Im quiet and respectful. I like to cook and listen to music while I clean and cook. I’ll be moving in alone but please - I’m not trying to feel unwelcomed or like a child living in your home. I’m an adult paying to live there and expect to be regarded as such.
