Looking for a furnished room east side broward

It’s me driving to a job!

I’m a “ youthful” 70-year-old with a small limo company which I own who is looking for a room in a house preferably with a pool, some sort of a backyard and a relaxing atmosphere not far from the beach… I’ve been roaming with a friend since the fall of 2017 after my condo burned down in Kings Point Tamarac … my friend Steve, , who happens to be dying of cancer, is in hospice care now that’s why I am looking for a place to share… I’m a nice guy whose three siblings all live in South Florida, but too far away from where I can touch my business with my Limo company… I’m a quiet person I watch very little TV but I do work odd hours of the day sometimes early in the morning sometimes late at night..: it would be nice to have Cable TV in the room but I can deal with regular network antenna which I own… it would be nice to have room to park in a driveway or in a guest spot and it would be even better to be able to park my disabled minivan (it’s still registered and still has a tag but the engine has blown and I’m trying to arrange my mechanic when he has time to rebuild it but it’s in nice shape not an eyesore. My current car is a rental from enterprise. It’s a 2022 Chrysler Pacific minivan that’s what I do my limo business in…. I’m looking to stay quite a while I don’t like moving anymore so if you have something available and it’s near the east side of Broward County, preferably on the north side of Fort Lauderdale because a lot of the hotels in Pompano Beach and Lauderdale, By The Sea do business with me I would appreciate it.Thank you.
