Hello! I'm a professional (work in finance). I am chill and considerate, love animals. Looking for a 1 bedroom for myself with a private bath (ideally). I'm not much of a cook in the kitchen. I am reserved and quiet (napping and listening to podcasts are what I do when I need to recharge). I am friendly, but respect people's privacy, drama free. Don't plan to bring any "guests" over. Looking to live with only one other person in Manhattan or LIC/Astoria. (Prefer a female or gay male).
