I am a single female, work for LCPS, (teaching for about 7 years) and make about 6K per month. I have 2 well behaved and trained cats that will be joining me.

My current lease is up on May 9th but I may be able to move sooner. I can pay both but would request to pay the deposit in 2 installments if possible. I need to check in with my property manager for full details on my exit, etc. I am moving because I am downsizing again but still need to be close to work.

I am a quiet tenant, work Mon-Friday, and am clean and organized, and very responsible.
What does the deposit cover? Thank you for the information and I look forward to hearing from you, I look forward to moving back to Sterling/Herndson/Reston area, the walking trails are awesome and I miss them.
