Moving to the city in August

I’m looking to find an affordable yet relatively comfortable place with a reasonable commuting distance to Washington Square Park. My potential roommate(s) can expect a thoughtful and considerate roommate. I’ll be a full-time student and will be working part-time (remotely). I will also be looking for local work, in broadcast radio/television production. When not schooling and working, I’ll often be exploring the city’s eclectic music and art scenes. I’m not closed to socializing and getting to know my roomate(s) but am totally fine respecting if they prefer a more business-oriented approach to co-living. That being said, I think a certain level of communication and collaboration is always relevant to for a healthy living dynamic. Looking forward to this next chapter!
