Looking To Downsize

Hi there! I have lived in NYC for 15 years. I have been traveling on and off for work and my personal projects so I thought going back to having a roomie is the best option for me. I am an artist and a producer. I work for a known theater in New York City as a Program Manager. I am easy to live with but I would prefer to live with someone who is neat and clean like I am . I work from home sometimes. I am allergic to furry friends but I do have plants. I can just put them in my room or around the house. I cook sometimes but again, I am clean so I clean up when I cook. I would prefer a roommate that is considerate. If you bring someone to the apt, I should be informed. Funny story, when I decided to have a roomie during the pandemic, my roommate decided to bring someone home without telling me, and since I did not know, I had to run from the rest room to my bedroom in my underwear after a shower because I forgot my towel, I thought I was alone and I did not know that we had a visitor . My roomie left the boy in our apartment knowing that I am there. Anyways, that is my trauma I guess lol! Why looking for a roomie? I am downsizing and saving money.

Looking for an apt/bedroom ONLY within NEW YORK CITY - Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn . I want to be accessible to the subways at all times.
