Looking for a clean, safe living space to share

Greetings, So I’ve been living with friends for past 6 months after having lived alone in an apt for 20 yrs. Unfortunately the house we currently occupy is scheduled for complete renovation & we need to relocate by end of Jan. 2026.
I’m an intelligent, trustworthy & reliable roommate. I’m a quiet, very clean, easy-going creative type with a positive attitude & a great sense of humor. I recently retired but still work occasional temp./contract jobs as an Executive/administrative assistant & occasional dog sitter. I love cooking, gardening & talking walks connecting with nature & I love plants!! My best friend who I’ve had now for 13yrs is my dog Tucker. He is neutered Dachshund who is registered & certified as an EMS (Emotional support animal). Paperwork can be provided upon request. He is extremely well behaved & gets along well with other cats & dogs (basically just ignores cats) lol , he’s clean & super sweet doesn’t follow me around but rather prefers to stay under the covers. He got me through cancer so I’m grateful!
I’m seeking a safe, drama free environment to share space with others who are also respectful & reliable. I enjoy cooking, gardening & taking walks. I’m looking for a large/med. size bedroom w/ a private bathroom if possible. I’d really like the ability to I move in my own furnishings, artwork etc. but it’s not a deal-breaker. I have great sense of style & am a minimalist. I like bright open spaces & connect with nature. I love plants! I’m happy to answer any questions you may have & look forward to speaking with you soon if you feel I may be a good fit for you.
