Hi! I'm looking for an apartment with easy access to Midtown for ideally under $1300, since I work in psychological research in Midtown Manhattan and will be starting grad school near Bryant Park in the fall. I would love to have a washer/dryer in the building, but anything else I'm very flexible on. I have a cat named Bertie who is very chill and low maintenance, and I keep her nails trimmed so there's no risk of damaged furniture. She's never had any problems living in apartments with other people because she's pretty independent and shy. Beyond that, I'm a pretty low-key person; I like to go out and explore new places every once in a while, but I also love stay in and watch TV and crochet with my cat, or play video games or read a book. I'm overall a very quiet roommate, but I'm also always down to chat with roomies (I'm more of a listener than a talker)!
