Looking for a cozy room
Hi everyone!
I'm looking to rent a small cozy room with other working professionals in East Harlem or UES.
I'm 34, persian-american, single and financially stable. My work schedule is split between working from home and going into work a couple days out of the week.
I'm looking to live with some other working professionals who want a peaceful and quiet place to call home and recharge in. Somewhere where we keep the shared spaces clean and split up the chores. Am I asking for too much? ;)
My budget is $1,250/month-to-month. I'm open to a lease situation if it makes sense and looking to move in sooner than later.
