Experienced Chill & Clean Roomie

Hey, I’m Jasmaine, a 29-year-old female professional and experienced roommate.
Clean, chill, and communicative. Ideally looking for a long-term sublet (6 months+).

The paperwork stuff:
• Salary: 64k
• Paystubs available
• Credit score: In the 630s
• Track record of paying rent early/on time at previous residence

I do not smoke or have pets, but I’m open to living with people who do. I work hybrid with 3 days in office in NYC and 2 days at home.

My essentials:
• Good natural light
• Enough space for a full or queen mattress, desk, and dresser (but can work with a twin mattress for a smaller space if the layout meets my needs)
• Less than a 5-minute walk to transit
• Preferably near the 2/3, but I can work with any buses/trains that transfer to those lines - I just need to be close to transit.
• If it’s a walk-up, up to the 3rd floor is fine
• I prefer to see the room in person before committing
• Available for a call and/or to come see the place after 6pm on weekdays and 10am–8pm on weekends

Nice-to-haves but non-essential:
• Private bathroom
• Laundry in unit or in building
• Elevator
• Dishwasher

I love reading, writing, going to art shows, listening to music, and making a nice dinner when I have the energy/time. I usually keep to myself, but I’m a friendly gal who is cordial, respectful, and cooperative.
