Clean, Laidback, & Friendly Roomie

Hey, I’m Jasmaine, a 29-year-old female professional and experienced roommate.
Chill, clean, and communicative. Budget is $1100. I’m looking for a long-term place to move into on May 1 with other professional women aged 25-45 where I can settle in and feel at home.

I do not smoke or have pets, but I’m open to living with people who do (no cigs). I work hybrid 9-5 with 3 days in office in NYC and 2 days at home. Stable job & can demonstrate paying rent early/on time at previous residence. I can provide proof of income and previous NYC roommate references if helpful.
I love reading, writing, going to art shows, going to the movies, listening to music, and making a nice dinner when I have the energy/time. Overall I usually keep to myself, but I’m a friendly neighbor :)
