Short Notice!

Hi, my name is Madison! I am a working professional and I have a registered ESA dog, cooper. He is 2 years old, 25lbs of love and a handsome Australian shepherd/pekingese mix. If we have a doorbell he will bark, other than that you will forget he is around because he’s quiet. I am too! I’m social when need be I work 6 days a week for the most part I come and stay in my room. I do cook and I’m always down to cook for you too! I’m a southern girl so I do cook big :)
ROOMMATE REQUIREMENTS-
I would like to live in a single apartment but I don’t mind living with a roommate. I think it’s best I have my own private bathroom just from my own experience, as well as how I am very tidy and particular when it comes to bathrooms. I don’t expect much of a roommate, but to have communication if there’s something going on. I do not let issues pile up, if you don’t like something I did then please tell me so I can fix it and never do it again. If you can’t speak up, no matter the issue, we won’t be able to get anywhere, which in turn you shouldn’t reach out if you don’t think you could be honest with your opinion to keep a happy home. My roommate hopefully is a somewhat clean person when it comes to shared places (like not leaving kitchen dirty overnight or leaving food in living room overnight). Other than that I pretty much clean frequently so I don’t mind anything else you’d do.
IMPORTANT: Couples are fine, I do have a boyfriend so a few days out of the week he will come over a few hours to be with me after work. I might cook, or not, depends. If you are uncomfortable with him being over please do not reach out.
Roommate preferences-
I don’t mind smokers as long as it doesn’t smell the house when you come back inside. I don’t mind pets, cooper is super friendly and loves going to doggy daycare so another pet would make him happy! **ALLERGIC TO CATS THOUGH- I can live with them I just can’t be around them too long especially if they are loving and want rubs**
Age doesn’t matter to me. Sexual orientation/gender doesn’t matter to me, I accept everyone for who they are! If I’m missing anything else ask away :)
