Busy Professional Woman Wants SFV Room

Hi! My name is Jenny, and I've been a homeowner in Calabasas for 28 years. I've put my house up for sale and will be on the other side of the table: I've rented rooms in my home for 11 years, and now I'm looking to rent a room in a house. Why - I realized that I have NEVER lived alone! I come from a family of 8 (Minneapolis) and am a twin ... so I shared a bedroom, then went to college dorms (shared bedrooms), found my tribe, rented homes, and then married ... maybe that's why it works so well for me. I am both an extrovert and introvert - I enjoy alone time, but am social. I've been a broadcast journalist producing documentaries and lifestyle shows and transitioned into the business side. Today, I work as a sales agent for documentary and nonfiction content creators. I have a 29-year-old daughter in LA, so I have no desire to move. I'm in a relationship (8 years and counting), but neither of us ever wants to get married and like living apart. I spend 2-4 nights a week at his place (he lives alone in Studio City). He wouldn't stay with me even if I wanted him to (he is a total homebody). I look forward to being free of the homeowner responsibilities and traveling!!!
