I am a professional male aged 31. I am looking to split a house rental or a large condo/apartment depending on location/price. Ideally somewhere in Ventura County (Simi Valley/Thousand Oaks/Agoura Hills) or Santa Clarita. I'm semi flexible with this but I'm generally looking at safer areas. Far enough from central LA craziness but still drivable for a day trip.
I am available to move from 4/21/2024 (any time mid-April onward) and have a budget of $1800/month max (before utilities). I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 25 and 36 years old.
