Hi! My name is Ty and I'm looking for a room in LIC or Sunnyside starting in April (anytime April 1-15 start is fine). I am starting a job in CT late April and will be commuting from Grand Central, so proximity to the 7 train is a priority for me. I will be in office Wed-Fri to start and remote Mon-Tue.
Looking for a relatively large room, would like to comfortably fit a desk and electric piano in bedroom. I have a queen sized mattress but if needed I can downsize to a full.
I am a musician so I will be playing some at home but I am very cognizant of noise / respect for roommates! Everything I do can be played through headphones. I am also very clean and organized / respectful of space, especially in shared areas like the kitchen and bathroom.
Would enjoy a roommate(s) who is friendly and communicative!
