Looking for a friend and a roommate

clean, considerate, creative/artsy, feisty, warm hearted, loving. Don’t steal, don’t invade space. Very random (it’s the tism) but always adventitious and down to try anything at least once. Very self aware and understanding of boundaries . Very easy to talk to. Have a lovely… feisty cat named F*cker :) he doesn’t destroy furniture or get the zoomies, but he seems to have a slight foot fetish. He’s well trained. Love to cook/juice. Heavily into photography, spiritual things and holistic healing. I do start random art projects here and there. Typically pretty noise conscious except in the shower occasionally… I host my concerts there.

Looking for a lovely place, clean place to call home if it works well. I would love to have a roommate that feels like a friend, rather than just a person that happens to live in the same space, if that isn’t too much to ask for.

My credit is pretty good, but. Proof of income is a bit … spottty? It’s there! Proving it is hard lol. Working on those things now and will continue to while roomate-ing :)
