Quiet professional moving from LA to San Dieg...

Quiet professional moving from LA to San Diego. I’ve previously lived in San Diego and looking forward to returning! I do have a small 13lb dog, but she’s well trained, and outside of greeting you, keeps to herself unless invited to play or snuggle. I do work outside of the home, so it’s important to me that if someone else is working from home, I’m moving into a space that would be welcoming of my pet during the day. She is used to being home alone while I work and doesn’t require any extra efforts by a person at home. However, if you’d like to play with her or give her some tummy rubs throughout the day, she wouldn’t object :-). Outside of her, I’m just looking for a comfortable, quiet, and clean place to live. I’m not only “tidy” but CLEAN. I’m happy to vacuum for both of us so we’re not walking on crumbs. Lol
Hoping to find in unit laundry and a patio or yard (of some type) for my dog to access.
