Room wanted in Vancouver, Clark County, WA

I am hoping to move to Seattle by mid to early May. My lease for my current place is up in late may but depending on the situation i might be able to move sooner. Current budget is looking to be about 800 to 1,200 though that might change depending on my occupation. I'm specifically looking to be in capital hill area but I'm open to other areas as well. I'm pretty quiet and laid back. I do have a cat who is litter boxed trained, fixed, chipped and updated on all his shots. I'm open to living with students. I want to live with female roommate.
