Hi! I'm a substitute teacher looking for a place to rent sometime this February or March.

I'm looking for a quiet, clean moderately sized room in NYC for around $800 or less.

I work for the New York City Department of Education (therefore, I do not have a criminal record), and I'm definitely quiet, clean and neat.

I will not do any online credit checks or background checks that require payment!😞

If you need to rent or sublet a room for the month of February with the option to keep renting/subletting into the year, I'm more than willing and able!
